A GOOD WALK RUINED - Mark Twain

THE NEARSHORE IS LOCATED LESS THAN A MILE FROM THE HISTORIC SHINNECOCK HILLS GOLF CLUB AND THE NATIONAL GOLF LINKS

BOTH ARE US TOP 10 COURSES (GOLF DIGEST MAY 2005) BUT ARE ALSO UNFORTUNATELY MEMBERS ONLY. THE US OPEN WAS LAST HELD AT SHINNECOCK HILLS AS RECENTLY AS 2004.

HOWEVER NOT TO WORRY AS THERE ARE SOME EXCELLENT PUBLIC GOLF COURSES AVAILABLE IN THE LOCAL AREA. FURTHER INFORMATION IS GIVEN BELOW.

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS GENERALLY A GOOD IDEA TO CONFIRM A TEE-TIME IN ADVANCE IF YOU WISH TO PLAY DURING YOUR STAY
